The Zugarelli family gets organic vegetables and fruit from their garden, and the eggs we use to make our delicious desserts come from the chicken coop.
In the restaurant of the Agriturismo Zugarelli you can not only enjoy a breakfast with homemade jams and desserts, but also a menu with typical dishes of traditional Roman and Romagna cuisine. In fact, Grandma Rita, being originally from Rimini, simply blends her tradition with that of Grandpa Carletto who is Roman, and Lorella transforms this synthesis into the final dish.
You can therefore taste, for example, our cured meats with homemade piadina and perhaps tonnarelli all'amatriciana with egg pasta, also homemade.
