• Smoking is prohibited inside all rooms of the structure
• Breakfast time: from 8:00 to 9:30
• Restaurant opening hours: it is open from Monday to Thursday upon reservation, for dinner for guests staying (8.00 pm); it is closed on Fridays; on Saturday and Sunday only for lunch, open to all (from 1pm).
• Dogs allowed, extra cost: €20.00 per stay

• By staying at the farmhouse, it is possible to have access at a discounted price to the swimming pool and tennis/padel courts at our club, the Tennis Club vigna di Valle, on the banks of the lake 5 minutes by car, where you will be welcomed with the courtesy and availability that distinguish us.
